We are having an urgent opening for the position of Key Account Manager for a reputed Company in Manufacturing industry (Safety Products) at Mumbai & Bangalore/Chennai Location.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, and ensuring high satisfaction with our products/services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales and marketing dynamics in the B2B space. The KAM will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its most important clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients across multiple industries to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies that align with client needs and corporate objectives, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that client requirements are met.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with key clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Analyze market trends and customer data to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights to the senior leadership.
  • Business Development :Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed reports on account performance and provide sales forecasts to management.

Age - 40 - 42

Candidates profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within [industry].
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently as required.
Desired Skills & Competencies: 
  • Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining trust with clients, as well as handling conflict resolution.
