Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Training Support Executive for a Reputed Company for the Pune location.

 

Job description:

  • Support schools and parents through email/ phone.
  • Outbound calls/mails for customer support.
  • Visit schools for on ground support     
  • Need to visit Clients place s for giving training regarding the product as and when required.
  • Need to Handle Customer Query on Call.
  • Giving on line Training regarding the app to the school authority.
  • Handle post sales query on phone regarding the app.


Note: Complete Training regarding the Product (Mobile Application) will be provided.                   

 

Desired Profile of the candidate skills:

  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
  • Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word etc.
  • Language proficiency – English, Hindi
  • Smart Excellent communication in English and Hindi
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Candidate from IT background is preferred.
  • Good Personality
  • Idea about Smart phone and Mobile Apps.
 

 

Job Location – Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)

Education background - should be a graduate, if communication skills are excellent we can consider HSC passed candidates too.
