Site Supervisor-Real Estate- Borivali(W)
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Supervisor for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali (W), Mumbai .
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the engineers in the delivery of the project by supervising on-site activities during site establishment, mobilization, RCC, Finishing and other civil/structural works, services and equipment installation, testing and commissioning, demobilization and handover.
Reports to: Project Engineer / Project Manager
Candidates profile:
- Minimum 10 years work experience in high rise real estate projects, with thorough working knowledge of scaffolding, centering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishes and services such as Plumbing and firefighting.
- Flair for finishes.
- Good at communicating with workmen and effective reporting.
- Able to maintain site safety, hygiene, proper material storage, orderliness and good housekeeping.
