Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of  Design Engineer for a Reputed Company at the Pune (Nanded) Location.

Job Description:

1. To develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
2. Creates CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing, and assembly, and support components to assist with assembly.
3. Preparing and uploading BOQ/BOM in SAP B1 as per the SAP template
4. Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities, and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
5. Develop High- quality Design Concepts and Visuals that are In- line with Our Company Philosophies and Processes.
6. Must Be Able to Do Presentations Using Designing Software, CREO, and Solid Works and Tools Experience Working Within a Team of Creative Professionals
7. Ability to Excel in a Fast-paced and Dynamic Environment; Multi-tasking Skills Required.
8. Lay out and draw schematic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
9. Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
10. Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
11. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team and brainstorming to resolve the same.
12. Compute mathematical formulae to develop and design detailed specifications for components and machinery and ducting / piping.

Skills and Qualifications :

• The candidate Should have a minimum of 4 to 5 Years of experience as a Design Engineer.
• Preferred Experience in Filtration, Energy Recovery, and Conveying Solutions also in Flue Gas Cleaning and Conveying Systems industry.
• Food & Beverage industry experience also can be considered.
• Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawings, and machine design with experience in design analyses.
• Experience with CREO and SolidWorks is a plus.
• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should know about electromechanical systems, thermodynamics, and materials engineering.
