Week Offs: · All Tuesdays and 1 Wednesday (for Sales/Marketing/Post Sales Team).
Note:- Should have interest in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Client Relations)
Job Profile
• Organize, Plan, and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
• Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enables deal closure.
• Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
• Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
• Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
• Meeting Property Service Providers.
• Onboarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
• Explaining the wide range of services available for them in PropertyPistol Syndicate Network.
• Making available the property database of the area.
• Catering to clients as per their needs from the available data base by calling and personal visits.
