Job Description:
We have an opening for the position of Technical Customer Support Executive for a Reputed Company for the Pune location.
Job description:
- Support schools and parents through email/ phone.
- Handling inbound calls for customer support.
- Outbound calls for customer support.
- Coordinate with technicians for GPS device installations in school buses.
- Visit schools for on-ground support as and when required.
Desired Profile of the candidate skills:
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Computer literate. Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Tech-savvy
- Language proficiency – English, Hindi
Job Location – Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)
