Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Automation Test for a reputed company at the Malaysia location.
Job Description:
- Design and create test cases and scripts to validate against product requirements
- Perform troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Develop test automation tools and work on bug fixing and improving application features
- Continuously generate LEAN/innovative ideas in day to day software testing towards full test automation
- Able to multi-task, analytical, self-motivated, and a good team player
- Coordinate and participate in test script design and code review
- Working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
- knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, C#, Android programming) and industry tools for code repository, version control, and static analysis, namely GitHub, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Docker, Jenkins
- Understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications, namely Windows, Linux
- Preferably having at least 1-3 years of related working experience
- Knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles
- Strong programming skills in Object Oriented Programming is a plus
- Experience with JAVA programming environment and good knowledge of Android SDKS is a plus
- Possess strong problem solving skills, good attention to detail
