Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Devops Implementation Engg for a reputed Company at the Mumbai/Banglore location.

Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Administration for DevOps Platform

• Responsible for design and develop CI/CD
• Implement automation wherever possible to improve the time to market and reduce chances of human error.
• Implement infrastructure as Code(IAC)
• Implement alerting for Production Support to proactively handle application issues
• Implement POCs on new technologies, Monitoring/Automation tools
• Provide on-call support as needed to support major activities / deployments.
• Responsible for managing version control and branching strategy.
• Identify root causes of critical problems in the platform, and take necessary steps to resolve them permanently.
• Create runbooks and user manuals
• Manage and resolve alerts from application monitoring tools

Qualification and Work Experience
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
Work experience: 3-5 years

• Should have hands-on experience in a large or mid-sized enterprise, in technology or telecom domain:
• Experience in design and implementation of large scale CICD solutions
• Hands-on experience on containers and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems and networking
• Strong knowledge in creating build configurations and CICD pipelines (Pref: Azure DevOps)
• Experience administering version control systems such as git/bitbucket/gitlab
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, shell)
• Experience of using provisioning tools and scripting (Terraform, Azure CLI)
• Experience of using configuration management tools (Ansible )
• Knowledge of security best practices and tools;
• Experience in code coverage tools like Sonarqube
• Good knowledge on checkmarks/similar tools
• Experience of cloud technologies.
• knowledge of programming languages(java, .Net)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge on devOps and Agile principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
