Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for Pune location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide a team of ASM and SM.
- Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work.
- Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
- Managing sales and marketing operations in residential/commercial real estate services and developing marketing strategies for achieving increased sales and overachieving assigned targets on a quarterly basis as a team.
- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct and indirect outside and inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the Company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Builders in order to produce group and/ or convention business.
Salary- Upto 10 LPA+Mobile+Travelling+Very Good Incentives
