Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive responsible for converting leads generated by Retail Sales Officers (RSOs) into successful broadband connections through effective telecalling and customer follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated by Retail Sales Officers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain broadband plans, pricing, and offers.
- Convert qualified leads into broadband subscriptions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
- Coordinate with the field/installation team for successful connection activation.
- Maintain daily calling, lead status, and conversion reports.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in tele-sales, telesales, broadband, telecom, or internet services preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
