Senior Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Supervise day-to-day site execution, ensuring layout accuracy for foundation, RCC pedestal, and structural anchor bolts.
• Coordinate the unloading, lifting, alignment, and secure erection of primary and secondary PEB steel structures (columns, rafters, purlins).
• Monitor cladding work, including the installation of roof profiles, wall panels, flashing, and insulation material.

• Inspect incoming materials (steel structures, bolts, panels) to verify they match approved fabrication drawings and delivery challenges.
• Ensure structural alignments, torqueing of high-strength bolts, and waterproofing elements meet strict civil engineering standards.
• Implement and strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across the construction site. 

• Manage on-site manpower, sub-contractors, and erection teams to maintain daily progress schedules.
• Coordinate with project planners, design teams, and logistics personnel to prevent raw material stockouts or deployment delays.

• Maintain accurate site records, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurement sheets, and material consumption registers.
• Identify and report any site constraints or structural deviations to the senior project manager immediately. 

• Industry Experience: Mandatory exposure to industrial infrastructure, civil foundations, structural steel, or PEB projects. 
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret civil architectural layouts and structural structural fabrication/erection drawings. 
• Location Constraint: Candidates must be currently based in, or fully willing to relocate/work in Kharadi, Pune

Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
