Job Description:
Role Summary:
We require a female Advocate / Legal Associate with practical litigation experience in Consumer, Civil and Bombay High Court matters, including Writ Petitions.
The candidate should have experience in legal drafting, research, filing, court coordination and court appearances.
LL.B. qualification and valid Bar Council enrolment are required.
Key Requirements:
- Practical experience in independently handling legal cases/matters.
- High Court appearance and arguing experience is mandatory.
- Ability to independently handle assigned matters with minimum supervision.
- Experience in drafting petitions, applications, replies, notices and other legal documents.
- Good knowledge of court procedures, filings and legal research.
Important: Candidates whose experience is limited to assisting senior advocates should not be shortlisted. We specifically require candidates who have independently handled matters and appeared/argued before the High Court.
As these are urgent requirements, please prioritise candidates who can join immediately or within the shortest possible notice period.
