Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out/construction projects. The role involves project scheduling, resource and manpower planning, site coordination, quality control, material procurement, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with clients, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, Scheduling for the Projects.
• Forecasting project completion dates.
• Project Management
• Project Monitoring & progress reporting to Client & PMC’s.
• Manpower Planning & handling.
• Quantity Surveying for Material procurement.
• Fulfillment of Material request & follow ups.
• Project/Site meetings with internal team for effective co-ordination & planning on work progress.
• Site Co-ordinations with Supervisors, vendors and PMC’s.
• Ensure DPR, WPR, MPR from Site on the work progress.
• Following SOP’s at site.
• On time Completion of the project as per project schedule.
• Taking initial & final measurements and all required data from site & submitting the same to design team.
• Co-coordinating with Architects, clients & vendors.
• Responsible to match the working drawings with Site measurement to get the accurate results.
• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
• Visiting Sites (PAN India) and updating work progress.
• Quality checking by following checklist & snag resolving at site.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams & diverse cohort in fast paced environment.
• Responsible to deal with results of delays or emergencies at site, & ensure that proper procedures are being carried out at work as per HSQE requirement.
• Supervise & evaluate staff & keep records of employee attendance & timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with company or government regulations & ensure compliance with contracted service legal agreements (SLA’s).
• On time delivery of projects as per plan.
• Completion certificate from Client & keeping it as a record.
• Responsible for Proper Handover Documentation for smooth closure of the Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 4 to 8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit out.
 Post Graduate in Construction Management (preferred)
 Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
 Prior experience working in Turnkey/fit out industry would be an added advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS
 Software skills include Microsoft excel, AutoCad, MS Office, MSP.
