Job Description:

Location- Project Site – Bavdhan, West Pune

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in builder-side sales or mandate sales.
  • Strong prior experience in Channel Partner (CP) sourcing and team handling is mandatory.

Age Criteria -Maximum age: 40 years

Compensation

  • Target-based incentives
  • Travel reimbursements (as per company policy)

Joining Requirement -Immediate joiners preferred

Working Days

  • 6 days/week
  • 1 weekly off on Monday or Tuesday

Reporting To -Project Sales Head / Mandate Sales Head

🎯 Role Purpose

  • To lead and drive Channel Partner sourcing operations for the Bavdhan mandate project by managing broker relationships, mentoring sourcing executives, increasing CP-driven site visits, and ensuring strong funnel generation and closures.
  • The role requires a highly execution-oriented sourcing leader with strong market relationships across West Pune.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Channel Partner sourcing activities for the project
  • Build, activate, and maintain strong broker and CP networks across West Pune micro-markets
  • Manage and mentor sourcing executives and ensure daily activity discipline
  • Conduct CP meetings, roadshows, activations, and broker engagement initiatives
  • Drive consistent CP-led site visits and qualified lead generation
  • Coordinate with closure teams for high-intent customer handling and conversions
  • Track CP productivity, sourcing funnel, and team performance metrics
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting discipline, and daily MIS updates
  • Participate in weekend sales activities, events, and activations

✅ Candidate Profile – Must Haves

  • Mandatory experience in builder-side or mandate sales
  • Strong Channel Partner sourcing background in Pune market
  • Prior team handling experience is compulsory
  • Strong broker network across Bavdhan, Hinjewadi, Baner, Kothrud, Aundh, Wakad, and surrounding West Pune markets preferred
  • Excellent relationship management and field leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of sourcing funnels and site visit generation
  • Comfortable working in aggressive, target-driven sales environments
  • Immediate joiners strongly preferred
