About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead - Recruitment to drive end-to-end talent acquisition, manage hiring pipelines, and lead a small team. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and bulk hiring, especially for sales roles within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles, with a strong focus on sales hiring
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and ensure quality shortlisting
  • Drive bulk hiring, walk-ins, and campus recruitment initiatives

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage, guide, and monitor a team of recruiters
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and feedback loops with internal stakeholders

Candidate Engagement & Coordination

  • Manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
  • Ensure strong candidate engagement to minimize dropouts
  • Oversee interview scheduling, offer discussions, and joining formalities

Reporting & Process Management

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
  • Ensure data accuracy in ATS/HR systems
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and turnaround time

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (team handling preferred)
  • Experience hiring for sales roles (Real Estate preferred)
  • Strong expertise in portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.
  • Proven ability in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives
  • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
