Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR assistant to support daily HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment coordination, employee records, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and induction of new employees

Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination

Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts

Address employee queries and provide administrative support

Coordinate employee engagement activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1 - 3 years of experience in HR or administrative role

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Experience with HR software/tools

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
