To drive developer outreach and mandate acquisition by building strong relationships, pitching PropXLreight’s consulting and sales capabilities, and converting opportunities into signed mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with developers, landowners, and promoters across target markets
• Conduct daily meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to build a strong BD pipeline
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of active mandate opportunities
• Lead mandate pitch discussions including sales strategy, positioning, and execution approach
• Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial structures
• Drive negotiations and closures of mandate agreements
• Maintain structured tracking of meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
• Share weekly BD reports and pipeline updates

Performance Expectations (Indicative)

• 25+ developer meetings per week
• 3–4 mandate proposals per week
• 1 mandate closure per month (target)
• Strong and consistent pipeline build-up

Candidate Profile

• Strong network or access to developers in Pune market
• Prior Experience of mandate tie ups is Mandatory
• High ownership, self-driven, and field-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with presentations and structured selling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
