Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor Executive to oversee on-site installation activities, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of wooden doors, frames, and modular interior products at project sites.
- Coordinate with factory, sales, and project teams for material dispatch and installation schedules.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Conduct site measurements and verification before and during installation.
- Manage site workers, carpenters, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies at site.
- Handle client queries and provide on-site support when required.
- Maintain daily site reports and update management on project status.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
- 0.6-3 years of experience in site supervision (preferably from door manufacturing, interior, or construction background).
- Knowledge of wooden door installation and modular interior works.
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Navi Mumbai, Mumbai & Pune.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
