We have an opening for the post of Executive- Technical Support for a Leading IT company for their Pune Office.

Education: -Graduate
Gender: Male
Job Profile:
- Need to Handle Customer Query on Call.
- Giving Technical Support over phone.
- Giving on line Training regarding the app to the school authority.
- Handle post sales query on phone regarding the app.
- Need to visit schools for giving training if sometime required(not on daily basis)
- Good personality and Communication skills
- Ready to do field.
- Bike, Smart phone and laptop is must.
- Should be initiator and problem solving
- Ready to work in team
- Identify customer all technical problem and will visit in client location and resolve their problem.
- Must be having the stage presenc.
Note: Complete Training regarding the Product (Mobile Application) will be provided.
Candidate Profile:-
- Smart
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Idea about Smart phone and Mobile Apps.
- E. ( Computer/ CS / IT) or BCA
- Fresher or 6 months experience candidate will be preferable
