Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies to drive growth and enhance market penetration in the Real Estate and Corporate verticals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the current sales team to align goals, share best practices, and ensure efficient execution of sales initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key Real Estate developers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Real Estate and Corporate sectors.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present key metrics to senior leadership to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise: Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings to ensure the sales strategy remains relevant and competitive.


Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within product supply to Real Estate and Corporate clients.
  • Strong command over written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives at a national level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Qualifications: A relevant PG degree or higher qualification
