Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Market Research and Strategy:

Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to attract specific industries or clients.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the development and design teams to align client needs with technical solutions.
Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on client demands and industry trends.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the IT or web development industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-focused solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
