Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage incoming leads, conduct site visits, and provide detailed project information to prospective clients.
•  Negotiate terms effectively and finalize deals, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
•  Attend client revisits and proactively seek references to expand the customer base.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, collaborating to maximize sales opportunities.
•  Provide exceptional client support throughout the sales and closing process.
•  Coordinate with the sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately.
•  Address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the closing process.
•  Regularly update and maintain records of leads, site visits, and deal progress for reporting purposes.
