Job Description:

We  have an opening for the post of  Inside Sales    for their Andheri (W) branch.

Job Location: Andheri(W)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: 15k -30k

Experience:1  - 3Years

Office Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Working Days  : Alternate Saturday working, All Sunday off

Candidate’s Profile:

Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
• Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
• Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.

Job Description:

• The candidate will be given online leads of customers who have applied on SwitchMe through the site or through other portals.
• The primary responsibility will be to convert leads into customers. Call leads and provide free advisory on home loans.
• Understand the customer requirements and provide him the right solution using home loan dashboard
• Create robust sales pipeline from the leads provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
• Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in manner instructed.
• Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to customer
