Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Generating leads for SPA equipment through various channels, cold calling and visiting Clients.
  • Giving presentation to the client and conducting demonstrations to showcase product features.
  • Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports for SPA equipment.
  • Maintain relations with existing and new clients.
  • Possessing a good understanding of brand management, market research, sales, and network management.
  • 1. Business Development:
  • o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the spa's client
  • base (B2B and B2C).
  • o Build partnerships with hotels, gyms, wellness centers, and corporate
  • clients to drive referrals.
  • 2. Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition:
  • o Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • o Manage lead generation, sales presentations, and client negotiations to
  • close deals.
  • 3. Operational Knowledge & Spa Setup:
  • o Assist in planning and setting up new spa locations, ensuring optimal
  • layout for customer experience and operational eƯiciency.
  • o Provide input on equipment selection, including massage tables, saunas,
  • steam rooms, and skincare devices.
  • o Ensure the spa meets industry standards in terms of hygiene, safety, and
  • customer comfort.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry, with an understanding of spa operations.
  • Operational Knowledge:
  • Experience in spa setup, including equipment selection and operational flow.
