We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive, preferably having work experience of 2 years from Mumbai, with a background in real estate. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, excellent typing skills, and hands-on experience with CRM systems. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and assisting clients through the buying process in real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding real estate projects.
- Handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information to customers about project details, availability, and other queries.
- Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate.
- Manage customer relationships, from inquiry to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Assist customers in understanding booking processes, documentation, and payment schedules.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
- Generate reports from the CRM system to track customer interactions and project progress.
- Keep customers informed about project updates, timelines, and key milestones.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
Candidates Profile:
- Previous experience as a Customer Relationship Executive in real estate is mandatory.
- Must be based in Mumbai with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer data and track interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate sales process and documentation is essential.
- Proficiency in replying to emails, speaking to customers.
- Proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, specifically in real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
