We are having an urgent opening for the position Post Sales Manager of  for a reputed company in Real estate Industry at Mumbai (Borivali(W) Location.

Job Description:

An experienced Post Sales Manager to join our Post Sales team, responsible for managing customer relationships from sales to possession. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in real estate post-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sending a Welcome mail to our Booking clients
  • Manage and track customer interactions from sales to possession.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Oversee post-sales processes, including documentation, payment tracking, and possession handover.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Generate reports and analytics on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and process efficiency.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and communication.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and implement improvements.
  • Coordinating client legal queries
  • Collecting the legal documents
  • Preparing a draft for Sale Agreement
  • Sharing the same to the client and confirming the draft for final sale agreement
  • Coordinating client with the Bankers
  • Complete end-to-end Process From Booking Till Handover of Flats.
  • Lead and train a team of customer relationship executives.
  • Ensure team performance meets targets and objectives.
