- We need a person who is good at recovering outstanding money from clients.
- Knowledge of dealing with banks for loan disbursements.
- Knowledge of accounts and accounting software.
- A dynamic and aggressive individual is required who can focus on recovery.
- Candidate must have real estate firm experience
- He must have to know post sale documents process. i.e. agreement & possession documents.
