Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the post of Vice President - Operations for a reputed company in Fintech Industry for their office at Mumbai(Marol, Andheri (East)).

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Effectively manage bulk transactions ( request for Dmat / Remat/ Transfer /Transmission / address change etc & customer correspondence.
  • To handle statutory audits (SEBI, NSDL, CDSL) and meet various TAT as prescribed
  • Lead a team of 25-35 peoples.
  • Resolve customer queries via Phone, Email & Physical Correspondence.
  • Analyse rejections of investors request for Dmat / address change etc and take suitable action to meet clients expectation.
  • Review processes at regular interval and update the same to comply with ISO guidelines.
  • Manage all types of clients escalations and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to resolve it.

Requisites & Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Problem solving skills
  • Develop and manage an effective and motivated team.
  • Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Captial market products.
  • Required good liaising skills (will be required to coordinate with DP/ SEBI / NSDL /CDSL)
  • Able to handle statutory audits (SEBI, NSDL, CDSL) and meet various TAT as prescribed
  • Incumbent must have proven experience in People management skills.
  • Assisting in implementing regulatory guidelines /procedures.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PPT.
  • Good English communication skills (both reading & writing)

Qualifications :

  • Education level: Graduate
  • Experience: minimum 10 to 15 years
  • Specific skills: Preferably from Finance Industry Experience ( Bank /DP/Broker/RTA )
  • Personal characteristics: Confident
  • Physical abilities: Presentable
