Job Description:

Job Summary: The Business Head will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end operations of the company. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader to handle multiple departments, including Purchase, Logistics, Marketing, and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic planning, team management, and driving business growth in the organic food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  2. Purchase and Supply Chain Management:
    • Oversee the procurement of high-quality organic products and raw materials.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply chain.
  3. Logistics and Operations:
    • Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics and inventory management.
    • Optimize the supply chain to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
  4. Marketing and Sales:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.
  5. E-commerce Management:
    • Oversee the e-commerce platform to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.
    • Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor department heads and teams to achieve their targets.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  7. Financial Management:
    • Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  8. Compliance and Quality Control:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 17+ years of experience in business management, preferably in the organic food or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving business growth.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
