Company is branded by leading corporations and offered to their SME Clients & members, building potentially, the worlds largest small business community. Organizations currently offering Company to their SME clients include MasterCard, Jet Airways, ICICI Bank and RAI (Retailers Association of India). Outside India, Company is expanding its footprint - Siam Commercial bank (a leading Thai bank) and Union Bank of the Philippines (a leading Philippines bank) have both launched their own versions of Company. A number of organizations across the globe are in various stages of launching their own version of co-branded Companyr for their own SME clients

Job Description:

• Development of MIS Reports and Dashboards using Tableau and other tools like XL, etc. 

• Ensuring timely generation / automation of generation of MIS and Dashboards 

• Developing necessary controls to ensure both company members and partners have access to what they need – nothing more and nothing less. 

• Working with Senior Management Team to ensure that the MIS is current, useful and accommodates the details from a continuously evolving and feature rich GlobalLinker. 

Desired Competencies:

1. MIS Development Tools
   1. Mandatory: Tableau, SQL (MySQL) and XL
   2. Mandatory: MS PowerPoint and Word
   3. Working Knowledge of R
   4. Knowledge Python will be an added advantage 
2. Web Technology and Tools
   1. Mandatory: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other similar tools (FB Pixel, etc.)
   2. Familiarity with SEO and SMM
   3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript Execution Expertise
3. 1. Ability to understand Database, relationships and creating data models for creating MIS
   2. Ability to develop quick dashboards
   3. Ability to understand and implement data and MIS controls
   4. Ability to deliver as per work plan 
4. Individual
   1. Proficient in written communication, excellent in oral communication – has to be capable, as well as willing to put his viewpoints across. Language is not really an issue, though fluency in English will help.
   2. Listens actively
   3. Education: MCA / MSc Mathematics / B.Tech / B.E from a reputed institute with relevant experience
