Job responsibilities –

Job Description:

• Supervising subordinates of Sales Executives, Administrators, Sales    
• Representatives & Sales Promoter Ladies
• Visiting the customers such as retailers, hotels and institutions.
• Making good communication and negotiation with these customers
• Developing customers in the designated area
• Getting and placing an order (Get a PO from the organized retailers)
• Collecting the payment
• Doing a proper merchandising work at stores
• Placing and maintaining a visi-cooler provided by YDI
• Supervising the sales promoters to motivate them and increase the sale
• Forecasting the sale volume and achieving the sales target
• Making a daily sales report and keeping a log to report the sales manager
• Working cooperatively with and supporting a designated sales representatives
• Analyzing the sales performance and solving the problems
• Also sales executive is required to do the following jobs if necessary;
• Loading and unloading the product
• Caring the chilled van
• Delivering the stock to the customers by the chilled van
• Good communication skills are required to develop and maintain the market, and his bosses
• Handling sales cash as well as petty cash
