Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of  Sales Support Officer (Channel Partner Co-ordination and Management) for a reputed company at the Mumbai (Grant Road) location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
    • Monitor and track order statuses, resolving any issues that arise.
    • Communicate with customers regarding order statuses, delays, and other related information.
  • Dispatch Management:
    • Oversee the dispatch process to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
    • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
    • Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Handle any issues related to dispatch, including returns and exchanges.
  • Stock Maintenance:
    • Ensure all stock is stored and handled correctly to maintain product quality.
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation and handling.
    • Manage stock locations and ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations.

 

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
