Job Location: Thane
Qualification :Diploma/ Degree engineer
Job Profile:
Manage entire service operations for call management as well as revenue management with reporting to HOD.
Get 90 % of calls under SLA target client number growth of 20 % & revenue growth of 35 % YoY
Salary:As per Industry norms.
