Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to quality assurance, ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Developing quality control processes, monitoring product quality through inspections and tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Experience in implementing quality management systems
- Ability to conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Leather goods manufacturing industry, particularly in PPE, is a plus
