Client Info: Company is a Mumbai based Mechanical Contracting Company. Since its inception in 1999, the company has been providing its services across multiple industry verticals. Today, the company employs more than one forty people and clocks a revenue, close to INR fifty cores.Company expertise cuts across various sectors such as corporate fit outs, manufacturing units, hospitality, health care & cleanroom facilities.
Education Qualification: Diploma /Degree Mechanical Engineer
Job Profile:
Study the tender & job file for all techo-commercial aspect.
Lead /liason /cordinate with planning & purchase for timely long lead delivery.
Lead & guide a team of asst project manager & senior site engineers for quality execution of projects in all respect including financial closure of projects.
To manage projects within timelines with client satisfaction & repeat order recommendation.
Maintain positive cash flow across all sites to better the margin by at least 10 % over the estimated.
