Sales Position-Mumbai (WFH)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Target Major Companies:
- Identify major companies in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and Gujarat known for high spending in corporate gifting.
- Reach out through email, cold calling, and personal visits with samples.
- Maintain a detailed database of companies, including key contacts and their gifting preferences.
- Engage with Luxury Gifting Businesses:
- Identify top companies in luxury gifting, corporate gifting hampers, and bulk hamper businesses.
- Send brochures, set up meetings, and work to get Soi added to their vendor lists.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new products outside current operations.
- Advise on what new products to create and sell, based on market demand.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Offline Sales:
- Visit major gifting hubs in Mumbai, such as Crawford Market and Vile Parle, to build relationships with shop owners and distributors.
- Identify retailers in Mumbai who supply candles and home decor items to stores like Shopper’s Stop, Home Centre, and Lifestyle, and secure orders from these retailers.
- Approach wedding planners and establish partnerships for event-related sales.
- Attend wedding fairs and exhibitions to promote Soi’s products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on corporate and luxury gifting.
- Product development experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
- Ability to travel as needed for client visits and events.
Place of work: Field Work / WFH
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10AM to 7PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
