Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of General Manager HR for a reputed Company in Infrastructure industry at Gujarat (Ahmedabad) Locations.
The General Manager of Human Resources (GM HR) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire HR department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, L&D, OD, and programs that support the organization’s objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Provide guidance and leadership on HR matters to senior management.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational performance and employee engagement.

Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop retention strategies to ensure high employee satisfaction and low turnover.
- Implement succession planning and career development programs.

Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for managers and employees.
- Monitor and improve employee performance and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with local and national compensation regulations.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies to manage risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices and policies.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to senior management.
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems through data-driven insights.
Gender - Male
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
