Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive - MIS and Data Management for a reputed company in FMCG Industry in Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) location.

Reporting To MD

Job Description:

  1. Creating database around A. product wise sales, distributor wise sales, geography wise sales, month or year wise sales B. various head wise expenses C. Stocks of Raw Materials, packaging materials, promotional materials, WIP, Finished Goods, Incoming outgoing GITs
  2. Generating various MIS reports for understanding and analysis of the management
  3. Coordinating payments, approvals, travel arrangements of the MD and other directors.
  4. Monitoring cost and expenses
  5. Coordinating various tasks and getting things done by business functions as required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Excel advance functions, v-lookup, h-lookup and x-lookup, handling large database.
  • Oral and Written Communication
  • Generating MIS reports
  • MS Office - Word, Power Point, sourcing data from the Internet
  • Managing files and records - soft and hard copies
  • Data Management
  • Initiating, networking, meeting new prospects and convince.
  • Coordinate with office staff for client servicing
  • Computer and Internet Savvy
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Seeking data from various departments

  • Tabulating data, generating Reports
  • Follow up on requirements of MD office with all concerned
  • Analyzing, Business trends, geography, product, sales person and Distributor wise
  • Capturing and monitoring costs of operations, particularly sales team expenses, Schemes etc.
  • Filing and maintaining records - soft and hard copies.

Jobs to be done on periodic basis :Preparing and Presenting Reports and Analytics, Attending Meetings etc.

  • The ideal candidate would be 28+ years of age with minimum 4 years of experience doing similar jobs. The 

    candidate should be hardworking, sincere and honest. He/ She should have clear oral and written communication. The person should be comfortable interacting with people and work in a team. He should be willing to learn new things.
  • Industry Any, preferably Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables
