Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our Talent Acquisition department who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (online channels, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels of positions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
