Responsibilities:
Overview: Patel Infrastructure Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Executive for Business Development with a focus on Bid Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing bid and tender documents, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar domain. This role requires strong technical proficiency and familiarity with internet-based tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid and Tender Management: Prepare, manage, and submit bids and tender documents in a timely manner.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential opportunities and market trends.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand requirements and ensure alignment of proposals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and related documentation.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including legal, finance, and operations to gather necessary information for bids.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements during the bidding process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding and preparing bid/tender documents within a similar industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with internet-based tools, MS Office suite, and other relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents and proposals.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Ability to analyze market and competitor data.
- Should be an immediate joiner
- Willing to work at Ahmedabad location near ISKON Temple.
- Should have experience in Any Infrastructure Development Company.
