1. Collaborating with the Field team to create sales forecasts every month and Co-ordinate with Production team at HO.
2. Working in collaboration with ZMs to improve Sales Operation Parameters like Reach, Range, Productivity etc.
3. Reviewing the efficiency of team members and suggesting optimisation opportunities
4. Timely recruitment of Vacant positions of Sales Officers in collaboration with HR.
5. Managing automation tools like ChannelKonnect to increase sales process efficiency
6. Periodically review the visit reports of BM and ZM to understand the efficiencies of the visits as well as understand the concerns of the field.
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM (Marketing) from a reputed college
2 years of prior experience in Sales Operations.
Strong communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience with CRM Software/Technology
