Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sales Manager(B2B) for a reputed company in the Skincare/ Beauty Industry at Mumbai Location. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive brand growth in assigned territories.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients, including skincare retailers, spas, salons, and beauty professionals.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding distribution channels and securing partnerships with key accounts.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on skincare benefits and features.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and product launches.
6. Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Merchandising:
1. Implement merchandising standards and visual guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all retail locations.
2. Manage product assortment and placement to optimize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
3. Execute retail merchandising initiatives, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
4. Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and provide training and support to retail staff.

Age - 25-35

Candidates profile:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and merchandising (skincare or beauty industry will be a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Candidate from Pune & Mumbai Preferred.
  • Experience in Modern trade.
  • Generating desired leads . achieve monthly targets. take ownership.
