Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the post of Purchase Executive for a reputed Geotechnical Company in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of various requirements (such as machinery parts like DG compressors, drilling machines, grinding machines, twisters, etc.) from different sites.
- Sourcing of raw materials and machinery parts from vendors, negotiation, follow-up, and ensuring proper delivery of the requirements on time.
- Proper documentation of bills, warranty papers, and other documents.
Skills:
- Having good contacts of vendors and material sources
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Preferred candidate from Construction company with 2–3 yrs of experience in purchase
