Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR & Audit for a reputed manufacturing company at the Bantala location.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance Management:
    • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements and implement necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.
  2. Payroll Administration:
    • Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
    • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and manage onboarding for new employees.
  4. Grievance Handling:
    • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
  5. Supporting ISO audits:
    • Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO audits.
    • Ensure all HR processes comply with ISO standards and assist in the continuous improvement of these processes.
    • Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.
Candidate's profile:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on compliances, payroll, recruitment, grievance handling, and ISO audits.
  • Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Can process payroll and handle payroll-related issues.
  • Sound recruitment skills with experience in sourcing.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and grievance handling skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO standards and audit processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software like Saral, etc.
