Job Description:
We are having an opening for the position of Regional sales Manager with one of our very reputed clients in Mumbai , Pune location.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieves annual sales and business objective.
- Maintain relationship with architects and Interior Designer’s (ID’s) and generate regular business.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
- Develop Dealers/sub-Dealers network in region with frequent travels.
- Generate & Maintain reports for sales and Business Development as per company requirement.
- Manage and motivate Team.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Key Skills
Result and target oriented with a strong sense of commitment, pleasing personality, excellent vocabulary, managerial skills, optimistic, creative, conflict- resolution skills, ability to coach.
Education & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream preferably MBA
Experience:
Candidate should have 4 - 6 years’ experience in similar capacity.
