Qualification:Graduate/ MBA/PGDM (HR)

Experience:3 years to 5years

Gender: Female

Salary: As per Industry Norms

Week off: Sunday

Location: Sion

 

Job Description :

 

Responsible for Joining formalities -

Reference check - candidates previous experience and Personal contact details.

Sending New Joinee Details to IT Team and admin Team

Drafting Appointment letter, Instruction sheet and Candidate work profile.

Document verification. 

 

Responsible for Induction -

Introduction of Company and Company Background 

Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the

employees 

Introduction to New Joinee with their Team and Management

Maintaining HR records, such as Personal data personal file,

Personal database of each employee.

Preparing letters such as confirmation Letter,

Salary certificate letter,

Relieving letter, service Certificate letter.

Handling and Keeping the records of life insurance and medical insurance of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.

Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

 

Leave and Attendance management 

Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee

punctuality.

Preparing data for of salary, bonus, increment salary, leave encashment and full and final settlements.

Resolving grievances or queries of employees and Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue or queries.
