We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Business Development for our real estate company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, relationship building, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company& presence in the real estate industry.
- Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the real estate industry specifically CAT A & CAT B developers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Candidates experience from Mandate firms or channel partners.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
