We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to spearhead the promotion and growth of our established range of products and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in sales methodologies, with a strong focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Key attributes include a quick grasp of information, excellent negotiation skills, and persuasive presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a sales & BD Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. Your strategic vision, team leadership, and market insights will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.

  • Utilize various channels, such as tele-calling, email marketing, social media, and personal visits to generate leads.
  • Networking, as well as experience in both direct and B2B markets in consumer food products is essential.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, conduct effective sales calls, and navigate the sales cycle to secure new business across all product categories.
  • Maintain and manage databases effectively.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and utilize multimedia tools like photos and videos for sales purposes.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales metrics and insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Proactively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, understanding their requirements and addressing their concerns.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
  • Analyze sales and financial data, providing regular reviews and reports.
  • Coordinate with team members to optimize results.
  • Collect feedback from clients and prospects and communicate insights internally.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of success.
  •  Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape, distribution channels, and consumer preferences.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint), data analysis tools such as MS power BI, Tableau etc., CRM software and email campaigns.
  •  Previous experience in Managing business sales in specialty world food such as nuts & dry fruits and other related food production, sales, and supply chain management
  • company involving sales of commodities/staples and services.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on growth and scalability.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and committed to meeting set timelines and performance metrics.
  • Ability to multitask without compromising on quality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Language Compulsion: English, Gujarati, & Hindi.
  • COMPULSION OF GUJARATI.
  • Gujarati and follow Jainism.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software for driving sales & business development goals.
