Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire manufacturing process from cut to pack
- Production planning and control
- Ensure 100% compliance to desired quality parameters
- Develop patterns and samples based on market demand
- Manage and lead a team of professionals as well as blue collared associates.
