We have an urgent opening for the post of Community Host for a reputed Company for their office at Mumbai.

 

Job Description:

Manage the Community Desk

  • Welcome and greet visitors and members. Understand their needs, request a register entry and accordingly direct them
  • Manage outgoing and incoming calls. Identify purpose and transfer messages as appropriate.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, vendor bills,member parcels or mails etc.

Center Operations

  • Manage housekeeping and pantry staff with regular checklists and supervision with community managers.
  • Maintain highest standards of maintenance, upkeep of the center, equipment,assets etc. according to Dextrus Service Standards & SOPs.
  • Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols with 0% deviation in the centre.
  • Inventory management of Food, Beverages, Stationery & Housekeeping supplies.

Member Relations

  • Managing member check-in tours, sales tours and CIF and sales inquiries
  • Help members with meeting room bookings, additional requests, inquiries etc.
  • Learn and help evolve the services offered to members, e.g changing pantry items, managing community boards etc
  • Member onboarding, check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ideating experiential events and community engagement activities.
  • Operationally executing events as per set standards and requirements of the same
  • Designing creatives and newsletters for events and internal communication
  • Acquiring new services and offers for the members, organizing internal engagement focussed activities.
  • Handling promotions and registration of events.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinating, acquiring and negotiating with vendors and getting job done under supervision and as per space standards.
  • Overseeing AMC deliverables
  • Managing tracking lists and documents

  • A diverse profile - an admin and operations ninja dedicated to helping connect people, an all-rounder who can manage daily front desk tasks and management of space.
  • A self-starter - able to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative and have a keen sense of ownership of their responsibility.
  • A creative thinker - able to problem solve on the go
  • A communicator - good ability to spark conversations, bring people together and create real value for members and neighbors. Good spoken english and etiquettes is critical, with charming and presentable personality
  • An enabler - always looking for ways to reduce costs, find new vendors and options for members.
